Eric Kaufmann draws on over 4300 hours of facilitating, coaching, and consulting to senior executives and teams in established companies to make better decisons and achieve better results. Typical client engagements include leadership transition, CEO development, succession management and creating colaborative cultures.

Eric teaches leadership and coaching programs at San Diego State University and Cal State San Marcos. Eric holds a B.A. in International Business and graduate education in Clinical Psychology. He is an Executive Coach, Certified Management Consultant, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Scuba Diving Instructor.

 

 About Susan Curtin: 

 

An Award winning organization development professional with over 24 years of                                                                                                                                                                                      experience assisting organizations with employee engagement, development                                                                                                                                                                                                       and succession planning. She is a founding partner at Insights4Results, a consulting firm specializing in Leadership Talent  Development and Succession Management,                                                                                                                                      providing  consultation, facilitation and executive coaching services. 

Susan holds a Master's degree in counseling and is a Certified Employee Assistance                                                                                                                                                                                   Profesional.
